About Us

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a place where students can thrive academically, socially, and creatively in a structured yet inspiring environment. We combine the heart of homeschooling with the benefits of community, giving children the chance to learn deeply, build friendships, explore their gifts, and make lasting memories — all while parents feel supported and empowered in their educational choices.

Ms. Danielle

Director, Teacher

Hi there! I'm Danielle, the Director and Teacher at Parker County Homeschool. I spent 8 wonderful years in public education before following my heart to serve the homeschool community for the past 5 years.

As someone who was homeschooled myself, I have a deep appreciation and love for the flexibility, creativity, and unique needs that come with this educational journey. It’s truly a joy to now give back to the community that shaped me!

When I’m not teaching, you can usually find me outdoors—whether I’m spending time with my pups, hunting, fishing, or just enjoying nature.

I’m passionate about creating a supportive, hands-on learning environment where students feel seen, challenged, and celebrated. I’m so excited for another great year at Parker County Homeschool!

Ms. Taylor

I’m a music educator who’s all about creativity, connection, and music, whether it’s with our littlest learners or in a full band rehearsal!

I’ve been teaching at PCS for over 2 years, and I love helping students build confidence, explore sound, and express themselves through music.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my animals, making art, tending to my plants, or planning my next adventure. I’m all about creating a welcoming space where students can be themselves and grow!

Ms. Katy

I’m a passionate and creative educator who brings music, love, and joy into the classroom.

With a background of teaching at PCS for over 3 combined years, music education through college, and performance, I inspire students to express themselves through guitar, piano, voice, and more!!

My classes are vibrant, hands-on, and full of opportunities for students to explore, create, and perform.

Outside of teaching I’m a multi-instrumentalist who loves spending time with my pets, classic rock, plants and coffee, and I’m a huge advocate for kindness and dreaming big!!

Ms. Emily

I am a former fifth grade teacher and taught for five years before becoming a curriculum writer. I am a writer, avid reader, and all-around creative. I have worked for Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. I was the building manager and head lighting designer at a Performing Arts Center in Houston before getting my teaching certification. I even met my husband working for Disney and we moved around a bit before settling in Fort Worth! I am now a business owner and mom of 3 littles under 4!
